Key roles and responsibilities

Retail and Sports background:

Develop and ensure implementation of the marketing Function’s policies & procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the division objectives.

Manage the execution of approved marketing & PR strategies and plans on a day-to-day basis and measure their effectiveness as well as provide support and collaboration to all business divisions on all communication activities including events, new launches, PR & sponsorship opportunities etc.

Ensure that the communication strategies of the department is in-line with the overall communication strategy of AAW and the brand.

Provide coverage for new partnerships, exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities as well as recommend collaborations opportunities. ▪ Manage the development and implementation of media kit including press release, publications and integrated marketing campaigns (branding, awareness, and promotional campaigns, etc.).

Keep informed of new developments within the field of public relations & communication to ensure market relevance.

Manage long-term relationships with corporate partners to enhance the overall marketing & public relations operations of the division as well as provide internal support for marketing needs of the department.

Ensure proper maintenance of media, photographs and video library to provide a comprehensive source of information about the brand and maintain accurate records of all marketing & PR operations for reference purposes.

Provide analysis on current communication trends, media competitive analysis and agencies scope of services.
